Social sewing every Tuesday & Wednesday from 1-4pm, or Thursday Evenings. Come along, use our equipment, grab a brew and enjoy a chat while you work on your latest projects.
The workroom is hugely spacious and very well equipped. You can use our:
- Sewing Machines
- Overlockers
- Mannequins in different sizes
- Huge 2.5x1.2m cutting table
- Hard haberdashery: Pins, needles, rulers, french curves, scissors, eyelet press
- A library of sewing and fashion reference books
- Comfy sofas in the hand sewing (and chatting) area
- Dressing room
- Photo wall
- Irons & ironing boards
- Tailor's ham
- Kitchen
- Bathroom
& a wealth of experience from the others on the course!
