Brixham is a beautiful little fishing town on Devon's English Riviera. Where better to combine a few days away in the sunshine with a day or three happily sewing in the Workroom?
Any of our courses can form part of a really memorable escape to the coast, and there are a wide range of hotels, guest houses and self catering accommodation just a short walk away.

The Fish Town. Colourful cottages seem to cascade down the steep hills around the picturesque inner harbour, filled with boats of all sizes. Walk along the cobbled quays and streets to enjoy the atmosphere of our historic little town.
There are dozens of cafes, restaurants and pubs of all kinds to enjoy, though the classic fish and chips on the harbourside is as popular as ever. Fore Street is our busy high street, with a wide range of shops including some great crafty ones, while Middle Street is the spot for quirky boutiques.
Enjoy a walk on the coast path, a dip at one of our beaches or a boat trip on beautiful Torbay. Nearby is Agatha Christie's Greenway, a beautiful National Trust house by the River Dart, the Dartmouth Steam Railway, and the whole of South Devon to explore, from the wilderness of Dartmoor to quaint little market towns.
